Yes, we provide professional Japanese knife sharpening services. You can either visit our physical showroom or use our mail-in service to have your blades restored by our experts.
What is your return policy for kitchenware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Please note that for hygiene reasons, used cookware and cutlery cannot be returned.
Do you ship internationally?

Are your Japanese knives covered by a warranty?
All our knives are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear, rust, or damage caused by improper use like bone-cutting or dishwasher cleaning.
