Initiate Your Return
Contact our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original product packaging and include a copy of your packing slip or the RMA confirmation inside the box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided shipping label or use a carrier of your choice to send the package back to our distribution center, ensuring you retain a tracking number.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods to ensure they are in new condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
